Prumultiple Crisis Cover

Jika anda berumur 31 tahun, dengan Premium RM 104, akan akan dinsuredkan:
(1) RM 100,000 untuk Death Benefits
(2) RM 100,000 untuk Total & Permanent Disabillity Benefit
(3) RM 100,000 untuk Critical illness Benefit

PRUmultiple crisis cover is a term policy which provides cover for death, total and permanent disability before age 65 and diagnosis of 3 critical illnesses.

Diagnosis Of A Critical Illness Benefit
A total of 36 critical illnesses are covered under the crisis cover product. The critical illnesses will be grouped into 6 different groups.

During the policy term, you can only claim for a major organ transplant once from any one of the four Major Organ Transplant groupings (Group 1, 2, 4 and 6). When a claim has been made, you cannot claim for other Major Organ Transplants found in other groups.

Group 1
Coronary Artery Disease (Coronary Artery Disease Requiring Surgery & Other Serious Coronary Artery Disease, may claim either of one only),
Coronary Artery Disease (Angioplasty and Other Invasive Treatments for Coronary Artery Disease), Heart Attack, Kidney Failure, Major Organ
Transplant (Kidney), Medullary Cystic Disease, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus with Lupus Nephritis, Stroke

Group 2
Cardiomyopathy, Heart Valve Replacement, Major Organ Transplant (Heart), Primary Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, Surgery to Aorta

Group 3
Apallic Syndrome, Brain Surgery, Benign Tumor of the Brain, Blindness, Coma, Deafness, Loss of Speech, Major Burns, Major Head Trauma

Group 4
Chronic Liver Disease, Chronic Lung Disease, Fulminant Viral Hepatitis, Major Organ Transplant (Liver/Lung)

Group 5
Alzheimer's Disease, Bacterial Meningitis, Encephalitis, Loss of Independent Existence, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular
Dystrophy, Paralysis, Parkinson’s Disease, Poliomyelitis

Group 6
AIDS (AIDS due to Blood Transfusion & Full Blown AIDS, may claim either of one only), Aplastic Anaemia, Cancer (a second cancer claim is
allowed), Major Organ Transplant (Bone Marrow)
